Apple will soon let you order its Pro overlays in three new colors

Not everyone wants AirPods.

Of course, you may not believe us as everyone seems to have a pair, but some people want longer battery life, a more comfortable fit, and something to wear during extreme workouts. If you're one of those people, consider Apple's other wireless earphones: the Overhead Pro from Strikes. They recently launched in black, but now they are launching in other colors.

The overhead pros are priced higher than AirPods but provide much longer battery life outside of the case and sound better. Plus, they're still a good £50 cheaper than the competition from Bose, Sennheiser and since B&O or Master & Dynamic. If you want to match, Apple is releasing three new shades - ivory (milky white), moss (green), and navy - later this month.

In our over-ear review, we said, in general, there is no more complete pair of wireless headphones. Of course, they don't offer some of the other noise isolation levels, and may not sound exactly like "premium", but there's enough in it to justify spending the extra.

New colors continue to cost $249.95/£219.95. And Apple says you'll be able to order them online on August 22 at 3:01 am ET, with delivery on August 30. They should land at Apple retail stores on the same day.
