Pokemon Master is available on iOS and Android today

If Pokemon Sword and Shield is too far away and Pokemon Go just isn't doing it for your love while lying on the couch on rainy summer days, then you might be glad to hear that Pokemon Master is finally out on iOS and Android.

What are Pokemon Masters about?

Pokémon Masters is yet another way into the world of Pokémon on mobile, this time through 3v3 real-time battles against AI opponents. With its history and strategy, it offers something more traditional than its alternative Pokémon Go. However, Masters is unusual in that you won't be catching your own Pokémon and will be more focused on collecting Trainers.

Players will find themselves on Pasio Island, home to the Pokemon Masters League, which (naturally) aims to become a champion. With a designated Pokémon partner, you'll battle iconic characters and their Pokémon partner from across the franchise, then recruit them into your team to help you on your journey. At launch there will be 65 sync pairs to battle and recruit. Why not team up with Brock and Misty to get the gang together?
