The latest hot focus arrives to take on the current hot hatch king, Honda's civic R. type, who will come to the top?
The Honda Civic Type R is our reigning hot hatch of the king. Many have tried to top it, and one or two have even set faster times around the legendary Nordschleife, but no one has yet managed to topple it like our £30,000 pick.
But now, Ford is back with a new Focus ST to take the fight to Honda. It picks up where the last Focus RS left off, with a 2.3-litre turbo engine sending 276bhp through the front wheels. Will it be enough to beat a 316bhp Civic?
