Right now Amazon is offering its own version of Google Assistant Cameo Voices - but for Alex devices, obviously - and that's starting with Samuel L. Jackson.
In other words, Amazon will now let you hear the voice of a star other than Alex on an Amazon Echo device. Amazons first revealed last fall that it plans to release new voices, but now the first voice has gone live. This initiative is similar to Google, which also allows celebrity voices to be included in addition to Google's default voice assistant on Google's nested devices.
The voice of Samuel L. Jackson on Amazon Echo is basically powered by neural text-to-speech from the Amazon model. Amazon is, in fact, using deepfake technology to create its voice. As a result, Jackson does not have to pre-record all of his answers. While he did prepare canned responses, many of them, including those about the weather, etc., were nervous reactions generated by Amazon's model.
When will the voice of Samuel L. Jackson be available?
Starting December 13, you can turn on the voice of Samuel L Jackson on your Amazon Echo device. This means you'll hear his voice when you ask Alexa for music, weather, and more. You can also ask relevant questions to Samuel L. Jackson himself about his career. The feature does not support lists, memos, skills, or buying items from Amazon via Alexa.
Everything else should work as normal.

Amazon offers both explicit and pure versions in the voice of Samuel L. Jackson. If you want to hear him drop the f-bomb through your own echo, just go to the settings menu of the Alexa app to switch between pure and sexual content.
