Edition features unique design elements, color schemes and standard equipment
The new Pavement Edition Mini Convertible is a highly equipped special edition with bespoke exterior and interior design features.
The pavement convertible is priced from £34,215 - £8020 more than a standard mini cooper with a convertible. Thisavailable for order now and will go into production in March.
It can be specified in a variety of colors, including the new Laguna Blue and is adorned with custom-made two-tone racing stripes down its hood and in-color wing mirror caps.
The folding fabric roof has been redesigned specifically for the pavement edition, now featuring a woven pattern with checkered flag style arrows. The model is further differentiated with a set of 17 inch alloy wheels painted in a unique two-tone color scheme.
The arrow motif has additionally on the side of the indicator housing, while the aluminum sill plates bear the pavement name. The seats are trimmed in gray leather trimmed with yellow wicker piping, with additional unique features including subtle pavement decals and contrast trim.
The pavement is equipped as a standard Chile equipment package. Available as an option on the regular Cooper, this includes LED headlights and fog lights, an interior lighting package, automatic air conditioning, a height-adjustable passenger seat and additional storage.
The UK will receive 150 examples of a convertible, pavement-equipped range of 189bhp four-cylinder gasoline engines from Cooper with a hot hatch and a seven-speed automatic transmission.
