EVGA Rituximab 2060 KO Launches at $279 – Same Price as AMD's RX 5600 XT

EVGA introduced its new GeForce RTX 2060 ko gaming graphics card at CES 2020 carrying a major price cut, but the GPU is now on pre-order and you can make it even cheaper than the highly tempting $279 (about $215) expected.

These are the prices on the EVGA site in the US at present, which pre-order rates are for the new base model 2060, which should be priced at $299.99 (about $230) - as announced at CES, but currently available with a $20 discount, so you will only pay $279.99.

There is a limit of two graphics cards per family, and the delivery date for buyers is pegged to January 13, early next week.

Unfortunately, rituximab 2060 ko games - or really overclocked to the last option (from 1755MHz when overclocked, as opposed to 1680MHz) - which retails for $299.99, again at $20 off - is not yet available to UK buyers, but the company's European website notes that the cards are 'coming soon'. So hopefully we won't have to wait long and see a similar rebate launch.

The $279 price represents 20% of the RTX 2060's current recommended price of $349 (around $270). This also means that this 2060 receiver is priced at exactly the same level as AMD's recommended price for the new Radeon RX 5600 XT graphics cards, which will go on sale on January 21st.

Another thing

At CES, AMD is pushing the RX 5600 XT into the gaming chops, showing it comfortably outperforming the GeForce GTX 1660 ti graphics card - but comparing it to the rituximab 2060, well, that's a different situation, of course (and don't forget the range also brings traces rays with nuclei in addition, in addition to the video card of the series).

Whether it's just EVGA going it alone, or perhaps starting a more general move for NVIDIA and partners to look down the RTX 2060 GPU index is something we've already discussed. But in any case, Rival Kart 2060 might need to think about switching to match this kind of pricing, no matter whether or not risk looking for shaky value offerings.

Those who are already on the fence in terms of doing rituximab may feel compelled to make the jump into the ray-traced garden, as it was, given the pricing of this particular 2060 model.

One thing is for sure, it will be interesting to see AMD's reaction to forward pricing, as well as other third-party NVIDIA graphics card makers.
