Detailed P40 Pro provides a complete next-gen Huawei install

It was a bit quiet on the Huawei P40 front leak, but that changed quickly, with detailed images showing the P40, the P40 PRO showed, and here's a super version called the P40 Pro deluxe edition.

These new Huawei P40 Pro images, thanks to Android news, show all angles of the upcoming phone, showing that it will have a Leica quad-camera system on the back, dual punch hole cameras on the front and physical buttons.

Everything looks pretty familiar now, as we have seen, these details are confirmed from various sources, but what was not always clear was how many phones Huawei could release. There has, until recently, been some debate over the number of cameras on the back of the PRO - until the Premium Edition was revealed to be.

Down to the interesting camera details: the back unit shows four cameras and one of them is a telephoto periscope. The small print in the image says 18-125, which is just like the cameras on the P30 Pro, as is the 5x telephoto camera on the back. Compare this to the premium edition which is 18-240 because it has a 10x telephoto system.

We assume that we have a 64-megapixel main sensor here, along with a wide angle and finally a zoom. The additional sensor is probably a time-of-flight probe.

As for other specs, we're looking at a Kirin 990 device with a 6.5-6.7-inch display, according to leaked specs, and it'll come in a full range of colors, as we've seen, thanks to 91Mobiles.

Of course, for now, Huawei is in the field to launch these devices without Google services, seeking to supplant Huawei mobile services in their place. Whether it will satisfy those Android users who want seamless integration with Google remains to be seen.
