Turing for NVIDIA graphics cards have been around for almost two years at the moment, so the rumors about the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 series are clearly a pile.
We've been seeing a bunch of leaks about NVIDIA Amperes recently, and the popular theory is that this will be the graphics architecture behind the next line of NVIDIA GeForce series GPUs - even if we don't fully buy it.
After all, NVIDIA is committed to releasing graphics architectures for professionals and data centers before consumers leave the GeForce series architecture behind, as it did when the NVIDIA Volta graphics card preceded Turing.
This does not interfere with the spinning rumors web, of course, so we went and collected all the rituximab 3080 rumors in one place. As more of the next generation comes NVIDIA GeForce graphics cards and we'll keep this article up to date with the latest speculation and gossip, so be sure to keep it bookmarked.
Get to the point
- What is this? NVIDIA's Next Flagship GeForce Series
- When is that? TVA
- How much does it cost? Probably the same price as the NVIDIA GeForce rituximab 2080 series
Rituximab 3080 release date
In the past, NVIDIA GeForce series lineups for about two years now. For example, the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 dropped back in May 2016, with the GeForce RTX 2080 replacing it in August 2018. The time between GTX 980 version and GTX 1080 was slightly in short, with the former having arrived in September 2014. Still generally, we've been able to historically look forward to having a new line of graphics cards every couple of years.
However, now rumors suggest that we'll see the next GeForce series lineup appear at the Opu, or GPU technology conference in March. Over the past few years, although this conference has revolved around only around the data center and professional products, in particular AI and smart cars. We expect the same to happen this year. In fact, there are rumors that Nvidia Ampere will make her appearance at this conference makes us think that this don't really be behind video cards.
The NVIDIA Volta graphics card made an appearance at this show in 2018, but it was exclusively for Quadro and Tesla cards. Our guess is that if NVIDIA is going to announce the next generation of gaming graphics cards, it will be at Computex 2020 or E3 2020, similar to how AMD handled Navi in 2019.
With the way these things usually go, we won't really know when rituximab 3080 is on its way until NVIDIA is ready for us to know. In fact, we don't know if it will you can even call rituximab 3080.
Rituximab 3080 price
Because we're so far away from a possible release of the GeForce rituximab 3080 graphics card, we obviously have no idea how much it will cost. But that doesn't mean we can't do a little speculation about it.
NVIDIA Turing graphics cards saw a big price jump over their Pascal predecessors, and we're almost waiting to see what happens next. However, we already heard some rumors that the next generation of graphics cards will be more affordable. That said, this rumor revolves around another rumor that the cards will be manufactured using Samsung's 7nm extreme UV (ultraviolet) manufacturing process. We'll take it with a grain of salt.
The only thing that absolutely needs to be taken into account when it comes to the RTX 3080 price is the 'big Navi'. When Nvidia Turing hit the streets, it was basically AMD's absolute no-op. Even when Team Red dropped the Radeon VII in February 2019, it was completely incapable of debunking Rituximab 2080. The competition has certainly heated up since then, though.
Both the Radeon 5700 GC series and the Radeon 5600 XT GC have not led NVIDIA to drop prices in response, and the Big Navi's threat of supposedly beating Rituximab 2080 TI by 30% could force NVIDIA to drop its prices in order to compete. Still, we won't know the price of the RTX 3080 index until we see NVIDIA and lift the veil - or at least until more significant surface leaks.
Rituximab 3080 specifications
We've seen a lot of really vague speculation and rumors surrounding the alleged RTX 3080 spec index, but there are some constants: it'll be 7nm and be faster than rituximab 2080. That second one should be very obvious, of course - why would Nvidia need new graphics cards if they aren't significantly faster?
Others said, 7nm manufacturing process is much more interesting. If you've been following the AMD vs. Intel news closely over the past year, you're probably aware that one of the things AMD has kept on top of the world's CPU is the fact that it was able to fully accept 7nm when overclocked, at least when it comes to desktop, stuck at 14nm. If NVIDIA is capable of adopting a 7nm manufacturing process for the RTX 3080 index, it won't be easy for AMD to bully it.
If these rumors are true, then it would mean that Nvidia could significantly improve performance - up to 50% according to some rumors - while improving power efficiency at times. Combined with DLSS, which will absolutely be part of any NVIDIA graphics card issues the following, may lead to 4K graphics cards will be available in the mid-price sector for the first time.
We've even seen some more specific spec leaks, notably one of KittyCorgi's hardware leaks, which suggests Nvidia's next-gen flagship could potentially come with up to 20GB of VRAM. Of course, this leak took us a fair bit of salt, but it could potentially prove my theory that the next graphics architecture NVIDIA announces will, in fact, be for professionals. Quadro, rituximab 6000, for example, 24GB GDDR6 packs - but that also costs $4,000 (£4,066, AU$6,999).
Now, if we were to bet our money, we'd assume these leaked specs for Quadro GPUs and Tesla cards, or maybe even the next Nvidia Titan V. Everything about the GeForce RTX 3080 looks like we seriously doubt we've seen him yet.
Do not worry. We'll keep our eyes open for the next generation of GeForce and we'll be sure to update this article as soon as we see any sweet rituximab 3080 spec rumors.
