Research conducted by American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI)
The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) has attempted to measure the satisfaction of smartphone users in the US. The study showed that American users are much more satisfied with Samsung smartphones than Apple smartphones.
More precisely, the top five devices that deserve the best reviews include only Samsung models, with three models taking the first place at once: Galaxy Note10+, Galaxy S10+ and Galaxy S20+. Each of them scored the maximum result - 85 points out of 100 possible. This is followed by Samsung Galaxy S20 and Galaxy A20 with 84 and 83 points respectively. Five smartphones scored 82 points each: Samsung Galaxy S10, Apple iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone X and iPhone XS Max.
In terms of the overall brand score, Samsung managed to score 81 points, the same as last year. But the South Korean company came first because Apple's overall score dropped to 80 points, leaving Apple in second place, alongside Motorola (remember, this brand is owned by Lenovo) and Google, which also earned 80 points each.
