The best Microsoft Surface Go alternative right now is great for remote work

Chuwi UBook Prois probably the best alternative to the Microsoft Surface Go, which seems to be out of production. Surface Go is currently out of stock and has been for a while. You can still pick it up from third party retailers, but often for an additional fee.

This Chuwi tablet is the best Microsoft Surface Go alternative on the market - and it will cost you a lot less. With an Intel Celeron 4100 processor, 8GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD, the UBook Pro can do everything its rival can and more.

Throw in a capacitive stylus and the original keyboard cover and the price drops to just under $470, which is still a lot lower than the 128GB version of the Surface Go (which doesn't come without additional accessories).

For your money, you get a Gemini Lake-based Intel Celeron N4100 processor, which is significantly faster than the Pentium 4415Y Surface Go (based on CPUBenchmark numbers).

The UBook Pro also has a 12,3-inch Full HD display, 8GB of RAM, and a 256GB SSD - twice the capacity of a Microsoft tablet.

The Go surface has a smaller display size and a smaller footprint, which means the Chuwi device is a bit heavier. The camera sensors on the Microsoft tablet are also higher resolution, but the UBook Pro has more connectors - including an HDMI port, which means you won't need a docking station to connect to a monitor.

Please note that the exact price in non-US territories will depend on the exchange rate of the day. Gearbest ships to most countries in the world using Expedited Shipping, but you may be subject to additional tax.
