The best robot vacuum in 2026 for most homes is one that washes and dries its own mops and empties its own bin: of the models sold in Ukraine, the Dreame X60 Ultra Complete has the most complete feature set. For a home with a cat or dog, look at the Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Pro; for roller mopping, the Ecovacs Deebot X8 Pro Omni; and on a budget under UAH 7,000, the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S20 with laser navigation.

This roundup of the best robot vacuums covers six models that, as of October 9, 2026, are listed on the makers’ websites and sold by Ukrainian retailers — one per job, from a robot without a dock to a flagship that maintains itself. Below are the specs and prices, plus how to read suction figures in pascals, what kinds of docks exist and what they cost to run.

How we picked

  • Current models only. All six robots are on the makers’ websites and on sale in Ukraine; none of the models from the 2024 version of this article made the cut.
  • One job, one model. Full automation, homes with pets, mopping, a mid-range budget, a small apartment and the lowest budget.
  • Manufacturer data. Suction, thresholds, water temperature and noise are given as Dreame, Roborock, Ecovacs and Xiaomi state them.
  • Prices as of October 9, 2026 — from Dreame’s official store in Ukraine and from Allo; the source of each price is listed in the comparison table.

We did not test these robots: the roundup is based on manufacturer data and retailer prices.

The 7.95 cm body with a retracting LiDAR fits under low furniture. The claimed 8.8 cm applies to double-layer thresholds — Dreame rates a single vertical step at 4.5 cm. At Dreame’s official store in Ukraine the model costs UAH 65,199.

Roborock claims 0% tangling per SGS certificates and says it handles hair up to 40 cm long. The camera and structured light recognize more than 200 object types, and near a pet the robot stops its main brush and moves aside.

On carpets the mops detach and the AdaptiLift chassis raises the body on pile up to 3 cm. Allo sells it for UAH 42,999; the specs come from Roborock’s UK website because the model isn’t on the brand’s Ukrainian site yet.

Instead of two spinning pads, it uses the OZMO Roller: while mopping, 16 nozzles keep feeding it clean water and the dirty water is scraped off the roller. TruEdge 2.0 pushes the roller out toward baseboards, and the side brush reaches into inside corners.

On carpets the roller lifts 10 mm, but thresholds above 20 mm are beyond it. Allo lists the X8 Pro Omni at UAH 32,999 against a crossed-out UAH 66,999 — flagship prices swing a lot, so compare stores before you buy.

The side brush extends into corners, and the mop pads reach out to walls and under a fridge or bed if there’s at least 2.8 cm of clearance.

Allo sells the H50 Pro for UAH 22,999. There’s also the simpler Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 for UAH 16,999: 10,000 Pa, laser navigation and a dock that washes the pads and empties the bin.

H40 on Xiaomi’s site

The H40’s 34 × 16 × 32.6 cm base is, as Xiaomi describes it, compact but keeps the key feature: automatic dust collection from the robot. The 4 L bag lasts up to 90 days, and Xiaomi recommends the disposable bags for people with allergies.

Mopping here is basic: a pad moistened from a 210 ml tank with three water flow levels. Allo’s price is UAH 11,499.

  • No-go zones and room-by-room cleaning
Cons
  • No auto-empty or pad washing
  • 5,000 Pa — the lowest in the roundup

Allo sells the S20 for UAH 6,499, but stock is limited. If you have rugs, the H40 is rated at 10,000 Pa versus the S20’s 5,000 Pa, and it comes with an auto-empty base.

How to choose a robot vacuum

A laser rangefinder (LiDAR, which Xiaomi calls LDS) scans the room in 360° and builds a map regardless of lighting: on its S20 page, Xiaomi directly contrasts it with camera-based (vSLAM) and inertial navigation. Ecovacs uses a similar dToF laser sensor. Cameras and structured light do a different job — recognizing socks, cables and pet bowls and steering around them; the flagships in this roundup have both LiDAR and a camera.

Why pascals can’t be compared across brands

Each brand measures suction its own way: in its footnotes Xiaomi describes a vacuum gauge reading at the suction inlet, while Roborock cites its own internal testing. The international standard IEC/ASTM 62885-7 rates robots not in pascals but by how much debris they pick up from hard floors and carpets — yet none of the product pages for the models in this roundup publish such results.

So only compare pascals within one brand, and for carpets and pet hair pay more attention to the brushes, mop lifting and threshold height.

Docks and running costs

Docks come in three types: charging only (S20), a base that auto-empties the bin (H40) and a full dock that also washes and dries the mops (the rest of the roundup). A full dock saves time but adds consumables: dust bags, mop pads or a roller, filters and brushes.

Makers state how long a bag lasts: Roborock says up to 65 days for the Qrevo Curv 2 Pro, Xiaomi up to 75 days for the H50 Pro and up to 90 days for the H40. As a price example, Dreame’s official store in Ukraine sells a kit for the X50 Ultra (two main and two side brushes, two bags, six mop pads and two HEPA filters) for UAH 3,399. Heating water takes power too: Ecovacs lists 1,650 W for the dock’s warm-water washing.

Carpets and thresholds

If you have carpets, check what the robot does with its mop. The Ecovacs X8 Pro Omni lifts its roller 10 mm, the Xiaomi H50 also lifts its pads 10 mm, and the Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Pro and Dreame X60 Ultra Complete can detach their mops so the carpet stays dry.

With thresholds, check which kind is meant. Dreame lists 8.8 cm for a double-layer threshold on the X60 Ultra Complete, but 4.5 cm for a single vertical step; the Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Pro handles double-layer thresholds up to 4 cm, and the Xiaomi H40 and Ecovacs X8 Pro Omni up to 20 mm. Measure the thresholds in your home before you buy.

Wi-Fi, app and smart home

Check which network the robot works with: Roborock’s connection guide says you need a 2.4 GHz network and that 5 GHz networks aren’t supported. If your router is old or doesn’t broadcast 2.4 GHz, see our roundup of budget Wi-Fi routers for home.

All six models work with the Alexa and Google voice assistants. Roborock promises Matter for the Qrevo Curv 2 Pro in a future update, and for the Dreame X60 Ultra Complete the protocol is listed in the official store’s description.

Cameras, maps and privacy

The Dreame X60 Ultra Complete and Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Pro have cameras: the app can show video from the robot, and Roborock adds video calls and pet snapshots. If you don’t need remote video, check in the app that it’s turned off. Look for proof of security from the maker: for example, Roborock states that its Saros 10 complies with ETSI EN 303 645 — the European cybersecurity standard for consumer IoT devices — and is TÜV certified. The same rules apply to Wi-Fi baby monitors.

FAQ

Which robot vacuum is best to buy in 2026?

For full automation, the Dreame X60 Ultra Complete: its dock washes and dries the mops and empties the bin, and the robot climbs double-layer thresholds up to 8.8 cm. With pets, the Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Pro; on a budget under UAH 7,000, the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S20 with laser navigation.

How many pascals of suction does a robot vacuum need?

There’s no single standard: each brand measures suction its own way, so one maker’s 15,000 Pa and another’s 18,000 Pa can’t be compared directly. Compare models within a brand and look at the brushes, mop lifting over carpets and threshold height.

Do you need a self-emptying dock?

If you clean daily or have pets, a dock saves you from emptying the bin by hand for weeks: the Xiaomi H40’s bag lasts up to 90 days. Factor in the cost of bags, pads and filters — for example, a kit for the Dreame X50 Ultra costs UAH 3,399 at the official store.

Do robot vacuums work with 5 GHz Wi-Fi?

It depends on the model. Roborock’s connection guide states that a 2.4 GHz network is required and 5 GHz isn’t supported — check that your router broadcasts that band.

Can a robot vacuum handle pet hair?

Yes, if it has anti-tangle brushes. The Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Pro’s 0% tangling is backed by SGS certificates, and the Xiaomi H50 Pro and H40 have anti-tangle protection on both the main and side brushes.
