The best cheap headphones of 2026 are ten current models under €100 or $100: six true wireless pairs and four on-ear or over-ear models, priced from $39.95 for the JBL Tune 530BT to UAH 4,999 for the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 FE. Most people will be happy with the noise-canceling Sony WF-C710N at €77.99, the soundcore P42i packs the most features, and the best deal with an official price in Ukraine is the REDMI Buds 8 at UAH 2,499.

How we picked
- Current models only. Each pair is listed on the manufacturer’s official website and sold in an official store in September 2026. The newest model here is the Sony WH-CH530, announced in September 2026.
- A budget of up to €100 or $100. For prices in hryvnias, that means up to UAH 5,000: at the National Bank of Ukraine’s official rate on September 25, 2026, €100 was UAH 5,112 and $100 was UAH 4,497.
- Official prices with a date. Samsung prices come from the official Samsung Ukraine store and REDMI prices from mi.ua, the authorized store that Xiaomi Ukraine’s website links to. If a brand has no store with prices for Ukraine, we used its official store for Germany (Sony, Nothing) or the US (soundcore, EarFun, JBL).
- Manufacturer specs. Battery life with and without noise canceling, codecs, two-device connection and water resistance come from the product pages on the manufacturers’ websites.
- Different formats. Six true wireless models and four on-ear or over-ear ones, with and without active noise cancellation (ANC).

The WF-C710N are the noise-canceling model in Sony’s affordable WF-C series and the successor to the WF-C700N. With ANC on, they last 8.5 hours, the case adds another 21.5 hours, and with noise canceling off they run up to 12 hours on a charge. Besides ANC, you get Ambient Sound mode, two-device connection and IPX4 protection.
There’s no LDAC or LHDC, but SBC and AAC are enough for both iPhone and Android. What Hi-Fi?, in its guide to cheap headphones updated in July 2026, names the WF-C710N the best noise-canceling earbuds. They cost €77.99 in Sony’s store for Germany and £84.99 in its UK store.

The P42i is a new model from soundcore, Anker’s audio brand, with adaptive noise canceling that adjusts to the noise around you. On paper, it’s the best-equipped pair here: LDAC with Hi-Res Audio certification, Bluetooth 6.1, IP55 protection, six mics for calls and two-device connection.
Without ANC the earbuds last 12 hours (56 with the case), with ANC 8.5 hours (40 with the case), and a 10-minute charge gives 3.5 hours of music. LDAC only works with an Android phone that supports it, and AAC isn’t listed in the specs. soundcore’s US store sells the P42i for $64.99, a $15 discount.

The REDMI Buds 8 sell for UAH 2,499 instead of UAH 2,699 at mi.ua, the authorized store that the Buy button on Xiaomi Ukraine’s website leads to. For that money you get adaptive noise canceling, IP54 protection, two-device connection and the LHDC codec: Hi-Res mode over LHDC turns on after a firmware update and works with compatible phones.
Without ANC the earbuds last 11 hours (44 with the case), with ANC 6.5 hours (28 with the case). On a tighter budget, look at the REDMI Buds 8 Lite for UAH 1,111: they also have ANC, IP54 and two-device connection, but last 8 hours (36 with the case), and LHDC isn’t in their specs.

CMF is Nothing’s more affordable line, and the earbuds are set up in the Nothing X app. The CMF Buds 2 last the longest on a single charge of all the earbuds here: 13.5 hours without ANC and up to 55 hours with the case, or 7.5 and 32 hours with noise canceling on.
Noise canceling is hybrid, protection is IP55, two-device connection is supported, and the codecs are SBC and AAC. Nothing’s store for Germany sells the CMF Buds 2 for €49.95, and its US store for $49 instead of $59.

The Galaxy Buds3 FE are the current model in Samsung’s affordable FE line: the original Galaxy Buds FE are no longer in the official Samsung Ukraine store. At UAH 4,999 (about €98 at the NBU rate), they’re the priciest pair here, and their features shine with Samsung Galaxy phones.
With those phones you get Auto Switch between Galaxy devices, Samsung’s own SSC codec, Galaxy AI translation and voice access to Gemini. Samsung lists 6 hours with ANC (24 with the case) and 8.5 hours without it (30 with the case), IP54 protection and six mics. There’s no USB-C cable in the box, and setup and some features require a Samsung account.

If you don’t need noise canceling, the WF-C510 are the most affordable Sony option here at €39.99 in Sony’s store for Germany. Each earbud weighs about 4.6 g, battery life is 11 hours (22 with the case), they connect to two devices and carry an IPX4 splash rating, and instead of ANC they offer Ambient Sound mode.
What Hi-Fi? names the WF-C510 the best cheap wireless earbuds in the same guide. There’s no USB-C cable in the box, just the case, ear tips and paperwork.

The Wave Pro are foldable over-ear headphones from EarFun with hybrid noise canceling and the LDAC codec. According to EarFun, they last 55 hours with ANC and 80 hours without it, and a 10-minute charge gives 10 hours of music. Two-device connection and a wired mode are included.
AAC isn’t in the specs, so an iPhone will fall back to basic SBC, and no water resistance is stated. EarFun’s official store sells the Wave Pro for $79.99 instead of $99.99, while the Wave Pro X shown at CES 2026 costs $129.99 and falls outside this budget.

The REDMI Headphones Neo are Xiaomi’s on-ear headphones with noise canceling: you can pick one of three levels or adaptive mode. Without ANC they last up to 72 hours, and a 10-minute charge gives 5 hours, but Xiaomi doesn’t state battery life with ANC on.
They connect to two devices and work over a USB-C cable as a USB audio device: the Hi-Res Audio certification applies only to that mode, and you’ll have to buy the cable separately. mi.ua sells them for UAH 1,999 instead of UAH 2,999.

Sony announced the WH-CH530 in September 2026 as the successor to the WH-CH520: battery life has grown to 55 hours, and a 3-minute charge gives 1.5 hours of music. There’s no noise canceling, but you get two-device connection, Bluetooth 6.0, LE Audio with the LC3 codec and Auracast for tuning in to shared broadcasts.
The new model costs €59.99 in Sony’s store for Germany. The same store still sells the previous-generation WH-CH520 for €30.99 and the noise-canceling WH-CH720N for €59. There’s no charging cable in the WH-CH530 box.

There’s no noise canceling and no stated water resistance, JBL doesn’t list the codecs, and there’s no charging cable in the box. The previous Tune 520BT costs $34.95 in the same store.

How to choose cheap headphones
What to check first when your budget tops out at €100:
- Decide whether you need ANC. Noise canceling helps on public transport, on planes and in the office. For walks, workouts and calls at home, a model without it will do: the Sony WF-C510, Sony WH-CH530 or JBL Tune 530BT.
- Compare battery life with noise canceling on. Headline figures are often quoted without ANC: the REDMI Buds 8 last 11 hours, but 6.5 hours with ANC, and the Galaxy Buds3 FE 8.5 and 6 hours.
- Check your phone’s codecs. LDAC (soundcore P42i, EarFun Wave Pro) and LHDC (REDMI Buds 8) only work with Android phones that support them, while an iPhone streams in AAC. - Two-device connection. Multipoint keeps headphones connected to your phone and laptop at the same time. Every model here has it except the Galaxy Buds3 FE, which use Auto Switch between Samsung Galaxy devices instead.

How long do noise-canceling headphones really last?
Less than the top figure in the specs, which is often quoted with ANC off. According to the manufacturers, the REDMI Buds 8 last 6.5 hours with noise canceling instead of 11, the soundcore P42i 8.5 instead of 12, and the Galaxy Buds3 FE 6 instead of 8.5.
What do IPX4, IP54 and IP55 mean?
They’re protection ratings under the IEC 60529 standard. The first digit covers dust (X means not tested, 5 means dust-protected), the second covers water: 4 is splashes, 5 is water jets. You can’t swim in these headphones or rinse them under a tap.
Can headphones connect to a phone and a laptop at the same time?
Yes, if they support multipoint: every model here except the Galaxy Buds3 FE connects to two devices at once. Samsung offers Auto Switch instead, which switches automatically between Samsung Galaxy devices.
