How to Cancel Kyivstar TV: Packages, Easy Start and Superpower

To cancel Kyivstar TV, first figure out how you pay for it. Kyivstar mobile subscribers cancel a package in My Kyivstar, by calling 477*760 or by dialing *700#. If the package is paid by bank card, you cancel it on tv.kyivstar.ua or in the Kyivstar TV app: “Profile” → “Packages” → “My Packages” → “Disable Package.” Home Internet subscribers call the contact center at 460.

Below are the methods for each case: paid packages, “Easy Start,” which turns into a paid package on its own, the free Superpower, the “Plus” package and the “All Together” plans. Codes, numbers and prices are taken from kyivstar.ua and tv.kyivstar.ua as of October 21, 2026. Package names are translated from the way Kyivstar writes them on its Ukrainian website.

How to cancel a package if you pay from your mobile account

This is the most common case: Kyivstar TV is activated on a Kyivstar number, prepaid or contract. The Kyivstar TV app itself can be installed anywhere — on a phone, a tablet or a Smart TV (if you happen to be choosing a new one, our guide on how to choose a TV will help).

If you pay by bank card

This is how subscribers of other mobile carriers pay: money is charged monthly to the card provided at sign-up, on the same day of the month as the previous time. You cancel in your Kyivstar TV account:

1. Sign in to tv.kyivstar.ua or the Kyivstar TV app with your phone number.
2. Open the “Profile” menu → the “Packages” tab → “My Packages.”
3. Select the package you want to cancel and tap “Disable Package.”

If there is not enough money on the card, Kyivstar tries to charge the fee twice, and after the second failure the service is disconnected. But do not count on it: it is safer to cancel the package yourself.

What renews on its own: “Easy Start” and long-term packages

“Easy Start.” This is a gift for new Kyivstar TV users with a Kyivstar number: 30 days of access to all channels and the basic video library at no extra charge. When the period ends, the “Family” package is activated automatically — on the Kyivstar website it costs UAH 150 a month. To prevent this, cancel “Easy Start” through My Kyivstar or by calling 477*760. The offer is not available to Home Internet subscribers or on “All Together” plans.

3-, 6- and 12-month packages. Since August 23, 2023, when the paid period of the long-term “Family” and “Premium HD” packages ends, the same package with monthly billing is activated automatically. You can cancel it in My Kyivstar or by calling 477*760 before the period ends. Packages bought before August 22, 2023, end on their own under Kyivstar’s terms.

Kyivstar TV Superpower and the “Plus” package

Superpower is a free option of your choice that is already included in the plan price. If you chose Kyivstar TV as your Superpower, you do not pay for TV separately. You can turn it off in the My Kyivstar app, by dialing *550*6*0# or by calling 500. The Superpower also changes when you activate a different Superpower or switch to a plan where this option is not available.

The “Plus” package expands Superpower to the “Premium HD” level and costs UAH 50 a month. You cancel it by dialing *700# or *707*10*0#, in My Kyivstar, by calling 477*760 or in the Kyivstar TV app. You can check the status with *707*10*1#, and you will get an SMS when the request is completed. On contract plans, “Plus” is canceled automatically together with Superpower.

Home Internet and “All Together” plans

• Home Internet. According to tv.kyivstar.ua help, Kyivstar TV connected to Home Internet is canceled by calling the contact center at 460 (from other networks, 0 800 300 460). Here the fee is charged in full on the 1st of the month, and a change of TV package takes effect on the 1st of the following month.
• The “Kino Ultra” package. This is a UAH 50-a-month add-on for “All Together” plans that already include Kyivstar TV. You cancel it by calling 460 (0800300460 from other networks) or at a Kyivstar store. The package will also be canceled automatically if you switch to a plan where it is not available.
• TV as part of “All Together.” Here TV is part of the plan, and there is no separate button. To drop the plan entirely, you submit a request at 460, and it is disconnected within a day. After that, you can choose a mobile-only plan and a separate Home Internet plan.

It is convenient to keep the mobile number your services are registered to in My Kyivstar: that is also where you manage the number’s other services, for example activating a Kyivstar eSIM.

If it didn’t work

• Money is being charged after “Easy Start.” That is the “Family” package, which was activated. Cancel it in My Kyivstar or by calling 477*760.
• The main package is canceled, but charges continue. Check “My Packages”: most likely a themed package is still active. It is canceled separately.
• You want to change the package, not cancel it. Switching to another package is free; you are charged only for the new one. On prepaid, the change happens immediately and the unused days of the old package are lost; on Home Internet and “All Together,” it takes effect on the 1st of the following month.
• Nothing helped. Kyivstar’s general help names My Kyivstar and the number 466 for canceling. The call is free from a Kyivstar mobile; from other networks, call 0 800 300 466; for Home Internet and TV, call 460 or 0 800 300 460.
